To determine if your proposed use is permissible for these parcels, please call the Zoning Office at (585) 428-7043.  Development proposals must consist of the following:

• Completed proposal outline describing your intended use, cost estimate, financing plan and schedule for making the improvements to the site, and
• Completed purchaser affidavit, and
• Deposit of the minimum bid, payable in cash or by cashier’s check payable to City Treasurer.

Deposit will be refunded if the proposal is not approved.
