CUSTOMER
SATISFACTION INITIATIVE (CSI) SURVEY

Contracted by the Mayor
and his team, the Rochester Research Group
conducted a "Customer Satisfaction
Initiative Survey," for the City of
Rochester.
Of those interviewed who had had Fire Department
contact this year, the following question
was asked,
"What grade would you give to
the Fire Department in terms of being
efficient, professional, and providing
exceptional customer service whether in
emergency or non-emergency situations?"
Of the "A though F"
grade ranking, with (A) being the highest
grade, the Rochester Fire Department received
a mean grade average of A-. This is the
highest grade in the entire survey, and
shows that our firefighters are perceived
as the City's heroes today!
