(Monday, April 2, 2012) – Neighborhood and Business Development Commissioner R. Carlos Carballada and City Council President Lovely Warren joined owners John Holland and Paul Frappolli today for the grand opening of Roc River Coffee Co. Café & Deli.

Roc River Coffee Co. Café & Deli is located on the ground level of the historic Kirstein Building at 234 Andrews St. Situated in the St. Paul Quarter of Downtown Rochester, Roc River Coffee Co. Café & Deli will offer Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters’ gourmet coffee, custom subs and sandwiches, paninis, wraps and baked goods from local providers. The interior décor features authentic Rochester artifacts and memorabilia from the early 1900s.

Co-owner, John Holland, recently moved his litigation support company – D4 – into the newly renovated headquarters on Andrews Street. Holland wanted both his employees and neighborhood residents to have easy access to places for coffee, breakfast and lunch.

Paul Frappolli, also an owner of the new café, was the remodeling contractor on the 222 Andrews St. Project and offered to get involved.

The owners have invested $150,000 in the opening of Roc River Coffee Co. Café & Deli and have created four jobs.

Roc River Coffee Co. Café & Deli is open 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.
