PLEASE NOTE: These are properties that have been removed by the city from past tax foreclosure sales due to concerns about possible environmental conditions on the properties such as ground contamination, underground storage tanks, asbestos, chemical storage or contamination, or the like.

The City has not performed any tests or detailed inspections of these properties. Some of these properties may not have any environmental conditions of concern, and some may have significant environmental problems and contamination. Buyers should exercise caution.

Properties may not be purchased by the present owner, or a related party.

The highest bidder will be required to make an immediate deposit of $1,000.

The balance of the bid price must be paid by 4:00 p.m. 14 days after the auction, December 27, 2017.  Payment of both the deposit and the balance must be in cash, certified check, bank check, or attorney's check. If the highest bidder defaults on payment of the balance of the bid price, he/she will forfeit the deposit made on the day of the sale, and the property will be offered to the next-highest bidder.

Payment of the deposit and the balance of the purchase price will be held in escrow by the City pending final title review.
