Request for Proposals - Conflict Counsel, Rochester Police Department Disciplinary Hearings

 The City of Rochester is seeking proposals from qualified attorneys or law firms to represent the Rochester Police Department in employee disciplinary hearings conducted pursuant to New York Civil Service Law Section 75 and the City’s collective bargaining agreement with the police union, where the Chief of Police has sustained allegations of misconduct against a police officer or other Rochester Police Department employee, and where the City Law Department has a conflict of interest.
