The Under Construction Workforce Development Program is where second chances and new beginnings take shape. Our program is designed to empower individuals aged 18 and older, regardless of their past experiences or educational background, by connecting them to training programs and careers in the construction and skilled trade fields.
How We Do It:
We collaborate with local and regional organizations that provide skilled-trade training programs, college internships and apprentice programs to get you trained!
Once you are ready, we will help place you with companies that have been awarded City of Rochester public work contracts.
