The City’s Bureau of Recreation is inviting Double Dutch jumpers, ages 8--18, and volunteers to sign up by Jan. 31 to participate in a Double Dutch Clinic to be held Feb. 21, Saturday, 10 a.m.--5 p.m., at the Avenue D Community Center, 200 Ave. D. Volunteers (no experience necessary, training provided) are sought to assist as coaches and judges and to perform other responsibilities.
Interested individuals and teams may obtain registration forms and further details via e-mail to Jeanette Davis at davisje@cityofrochester.gov or call (585) 428-7934 after 3 p.m. Completed forms (with the accompanying registration payment) may be mailed or delivered to Jeanette Davis, DOUBLE DUTCH CLINIC, Avenue D Community Center, 200 Ave. D., Rochester, NY 14621.
Checks should be made out to: City of Rochester. A registration fee of $5 per participant is required and will entitle the Double Dutch jumper to a free clinic t-shirt and refreshments at the event.
