The Commissioner’s Office supports the City of Rochester’s One City Vision Statement and its Values and Guiding Principles through management policy and sets goals and performance standards; it also ensures adherence to the DRYS mission statements. It coordinates the Department’s annual budget and capital planning processes; maintains fiscal operations and payroll matters, coordinates the purchasing of supplies, and manages the City Council submission process.
