(Wednesday, October 14, 2009) – In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, CityWise, the City of Rochester’s Public Affairs program, is airing a special show bringing attention to the importance of mammograms.
This CityWise episode debuts Oct. 15 and will demonstrate the entire mammogram process at the Elizabeth Wende Breast Care Clinic.
Special guests include Beverly Brooks, Executive Director of Gilda’s Club of Rochester, and Carolyn Gray, a breast cancer survivor.
CityWise airs on City12 on Thursday, Oct. 15 at 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16 at 2 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 17 at 11:30 a.m. and Sunday, Oct. 18 at 12:30 p.m.
CityWise can also been seen on WXXI, Sunday afternoons at 4:00 p.m.
