The scope of the work consists of milling and resurfacing four city streets, including repair of the existing pavement base, resurfacing of adjacent driveway aprons to meet the new street grades, adjustment of water valve and sewer castings, resetting or installing new granite curbs as needed, replacement of hazardous sidewalks, installation of truncated domes at the handicap ramps, installation of pavement markings and replacement of traffic loops.  A bike lane will be added to Northland Avenue between N. Goodman Street and Waring Road, shared-use markings will be added to Genesee Street, along with marked on-street parking.  The existing decorative crosswalks at the intersection of Genesee Street and Sawyer Street will be replaced, with a similar treatment.
