The Arts Division of the Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County will feature a different artist once a month with its Artist at Work! series. Each month, the featured visiting artist's work will be on display in the Arts Division on the second floor of Central's Bausch & Lomb Public Library Building, 115 South Ave., Rochester, NY. On the first Saturday of each month, the artist will be creating artwork there from noon to 2 p.m.
