Basketball skills clinics open to City youth ages 9-18
Free five-day summer weekday basketball skills clinics, conducted by Rochester basketball star Glenn Hagan, are offered this summer!
Participating youth will, in addition to advancing their basketball skills, learn better communication skills and study habits and learn to deal effectively with conflict.
Meals are provided.
The free camps will run weekdays 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (9 a.m. noon for youth ages 9-12 and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for youth ages 13-17) during the following weeks at the following locations:
July 16-20: Flint Street Community Center, 271 Flint St.
July 23-27: Thomas P. Ryan Community Center, 530 Webster Ave.
July 30-Aug. 3: David F. Gantt Community Center, 700 North St.
Aug 6-10: Carter Street Community Center, 500 Carter St.
Youth may only participate at one site.
