(Tuesday, July 24, 2012) —The historic Edgerton Model Railroad Room will be open to the public from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 28. The Recreation Center and Railroad Room are at 41 Backus Street.

The Model Railroad Room will also be open to the public the last Saturday of each month throughout 2012, plus several special holiday openings in December.

Located within the Edgerton Community Center, the historic model train room features extensive layouts depicting Rochester and many of its natural and built landmarks in all four seasons.
