RFP- Party in the Park Concert Series

About the RFP

The City of Rochester is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to produce and manage a concert series, entitled “Party in the Park,” at the Riverside Festival Site (Court Street at Exchange Boulevard) in downtown Rochester, on up to ten Thursday evenings, from mid-June 2013 through mid-August, 2013. This series will feature national and local talent that will attract a broad range audience.

The City is interested in ways to increase attendance and generate excitement for the Party in the Park series. Unique ideas such as innovative marketing/promotion ideas, possible sponsorship partners, site setup, seating areas, and other suggestions are welcome as part of all proposals.

As a result of the RFP process, the City intends to enter into a two year professional services agreement with the Proposer that is subject to City Council approval. The agreement will have two, two-year renewal options, resulting in a maximum of six years. Renewal after the initial two year term will be subject to agreement by both parties.
