Second Saturday & Volunteer Celebration at Mount Hope Cemetery

Every 2nd Saturday from June-October volunteers are invited to beautify historic Mount Hope Cemetery. . Volunteer contributions allow the cemetery to maintain its high level of natural beauty and assist with general horticulture activities including: planting, weeding, and raking. Volunteers also assist with cemetery maintenance activities that improve the landscape of Mount Hope.Volunteers work in small groups led by experienced professionals. Tools, refreshments and beverages are provided. Volunteers must be at least age 12; an adult must accompany volunteers 12-17 years old.

From 12pm-2pm there will be a volunteer appreciation luncheon to celebrate community members who have volunteered their time at Mount Hope Cemetery.
