(Thursday, May 8, 2014) – Mayor Lovely A. Warren, City Neighborhood and Business Development Commissioner Delmonize “Del” Smith, New York State Senator Joseph E. Robach, City Council President Loretta Scott, Council Vice President Dana Miller and City Councilmember Elaine Spaull joined John Billone, Jr. of Flower City Management and Alan Russell, Managing Partner, for a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of City Grill restaurant and Ballroom384 event planning in the City’s East End.
The completion of City Grill and Ballroom384 is part of the redevelopment of the East Avenue Inn & Suites, which started in the fall of 2011. The newly renovated Boutique hotel opened in the fall of 2012 with 15 staff. The building first opened as the Treadway Inn in 1955.
