The City is seeking public input on the preliminary planning efforts related to the future redevelopment of the parcels to be created at the former eastern section of the Inner Loop. Donald Naetzker of SWBR Architects will be presenting plans that will help guide the development of former Inner Loop parcels. The City will be incorporating these guiding principles into the request for proposals that will be released in summer 2015. The presentation will be followed by an open house featuring displays of the SWBR plans, and Philip Michael Brown Studio renderings of design concepts for the new buildings. City staff will be on hand to answer questions and collect comments.
