The Land Bank has issued a  Request for Qualifications (RFQ) with the intent of finding qualified buyers for the properties listed above.  All buyers MUST be pre-approved and registered to bid.  Completed RFQ forms will be accepted until 4:00pm on October 6, 2017 at City Hall, 30 Church Street, Rochester, NY 14614, Room 125-B.  The sales process will be explained at an informational meeting at 1:00 p.m. on  September 27, 2017 in City Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of the A-Building of City Hall.

All applicants will be notified in writing of their bidding status.  All sales are subject to the Land Bank's Terms and Conditions
