Citizens are welcome to address the Board of Trustees, for a maximum of three minutes, beginning at 12:15 p.m. In order to address the Board about an issue on a particular Library Board meeting agenda, individuals must call 585-428-8045 by 10 a.m. on the day of the meeting and provide name, address, organization represented (if any) and the topic. Requests may also be e-mailed to Gail.Boldt@libraryweb.org by 10 a.m. on the day of the meeting, or presented in person between 12 noon and 12:10 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
