RFP 2017 Election Inspector Payroll Processing

 

The City of Rochester is currently soliciting a proposal for processing payroll for election inspectors.  Between two and four elections are held annually, approximately 800 to 1,000 individuals are compensated for each election.  The scope should include the following: 

  • Produce paychecks and 1099s for election inspectors, reprint checks and 1099s and provide stop payments 
  • Return paychecks to City Hall, without postage, but ready for mailing within 30 days 
  • Submit timesheets to the City 
  • Generate year-end earnings report and provide email and phone support
