No-Fee Pet Adoption Event at Animal Services Center Saturday, July 8

(Thursday, July 6, 2017)- Mayor Lovely A. Warren announced that Rochester Animal Services will host a one-day, free pet adoption event supported by Petco Foundation. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at the Rochester Animal Services Center, 184 Verona St. Adoption fees will be waived for all cats and dogs six months and up that are adopted on the day of the event.

Animals on stray holds will be available for viewing but are excluded from the fee waiver.

Please bring a collar and leash or pet carrier to ensure that pets can leave on the scheduled release date and be transported to their new homes safely.
