are the Components of NeighborLink Network?
Each NeighborLink Network
site features the following:
Information
Management System - An online NBN Database used to track and
generate reports on NBN activities. Sector groups and the general public
can view the Action Plans of all 10 Sector Areas. Authorized sector
volunteers are allowed to input and update the status of Action Plan
activities.
NeighborLink
Chat Time (NCT) Sessions - Presentations and information sessions
are conducted periodically on various topical areas.Technical assistance
may also be provided on the NBN Database, software applications,
as well as answers to questions regarding the NBN Process.
NBN Website
- Features information on the initial and update planning
processes, links
to the 10 Action Plans, sector highlights and accomplishments, the NeighborLink Network Initiative,
NBN Institute offerings, news
updates, awards and other information.
NeighborLink
Chat Room - a discussion forum (via Internet) that allows interactive
participation among NBN Sector groups and the City Administration staff.
