To improve safety and reduce accident potential, the existing Lapham Street and Lake Avenue intersection will be eliminated and a new connection of Lapham Street to Redwood Road will be constructed.

This new connection will provide residents on Lapham Street a safer access to and from Lake Avenue, as the new access point is farther away from one of the busiest intersections in the County.
