Photo-simulations are used to convey
what proposed designs will look like once they are completed at the actual site. They can help identify technical and aesthetic concerns and provide an accurate visual comparison between existing and proposed conditions.
The following Photo-simulations consist of 3D computer models overlaid on photographs of the actual sites. Proposed sidewalks, curbs, lighting and landscaping changes are conveyed using Photo-simulations.
