To improve traffic flow through the Lake Avenue and Ridgeway Avenue intersection, an additional lane will be added to Ridgeway Avenue west of Lake Avenue.

On Ridgeway Avenue just east of Lake Avenue, two southbound left turn lanes will be constructed to further alleviate traffic congestion and delay which currently occurs during the peak morning and evening commuter times.

To facilitate these improvements and properly tie into the realignment of West Ridge Road, Ridgeway Avenue from Minder Street to the West Ridge Road intersection will be reconstructed with new curbs, sidewalks and pavement.
