Message from the Director:

On behalf of the entire Neighborhood Empowerment Teams (NET) staff, thank you for visiting our Home page. We hope the information available here will help you work with City government to address quality of life issues in your neighborhood, whether you are a resident, business owner or landlord.

Each of our six NET offices publishes a quarterly newsletter with updates on area happenings, ways to get involved, and information about City codes or programs that may impact you. The newsletters are available on this Website, and I hope you will download them and distribute them to your neighbors or anyone you know who is interested in improving our neighborhoods.

Our NET teams are committed to partnering with residents, community groups and businesses to do whatever we can to improve blighted properties, revitalize commercial strips and enhance the safety and vitality of our City - we can't do it alone! If at any time you have suggestions or concerns about NET or about issues in your neighborhood, please contact your local NET Administrator or me at (585) 428-6524 or  molly.clifford@cityofrochester.gov.

We look forward to working with you to make Rochester the best mid-sized City in America!

Molly Clifford
NET Director
