Parry Building Project

Parry Building

Located in the historic Brown's Race District, the 18,000 square foot building built in 1880 was renovated into 2 floors of commercial space and 6 loft-style residential units. The Restore NY grant allowed the developer to complete the project as a mixed-use development. So far, the project has resulted in the creation and retention of 30 jobs. This is a key project for the City's strategy to transform the district into the High Falls village: a mixed-use commercial and residential neighborhood.
