Brooks Landing Business Center
The project consists of a 28,000 s.f. , 2-story, newly constructed building with parking. The entire 2nd floor of the building is office space and is leased by the U of R. The majority of the first floor is available for lease by new commercial and retail tenants.
Parking expansion efforts are nearly complete on a 1.7 acre vacant City-owned parcel adjacent to the existing Brooks Landing Business Center parking lot. Parking demand for the business center as well as the surrounding district required additional parking spaces to be provided. Approximately 180 additional parking spaces are being created to address the increased demand.
