• Surplus Property Auctions - Auctions of property currently owned by the City.  Participation in these auctions requires applications and review of qualifications, and may require a development proposal.

• City Tax Foreclosure Auctions - Auctions of Tax Delinquent Private Properties. 

• Request for Proposal (RFP) Sales - Sales of City Owned property for redevelopment via competitive proposal process. >>OPPORTUNITIES CURRENTLY AVAILABLE    

• Vacant Lot Sales- Residential Lots owned by the City that may be available for building, combination with your adjacent property, or urban gardening. 

• Development Ready Sites- Prime development sites that have been identified and evaluated for larger development projects.

 PERMITS/LEASES/DONATIONS 

•  Lease Opportunities- The City has a small selection of properties that may be available for long or short term lease.  
•  Temporary License Agreements- The City offers short term license agreements on City owned land for various reasons.  
•  Garden Permits- Community Garden Permits on Vacant Lots. 1 year permits available to individuals,  and 5 year leases available to organizations with experience. 
•  Donation of Privately Owned Real Estate -Ask about donating your land to the City.
