About the Facility

The William A. Johnson Jr. Port of Rochester Terminal Building is a 70,000 square foot structure located on North River Street at the mouth of the Genesee River.  It was constructed in 2004 to accommodate a ferry, cruise ships and other lake-going vessels. PM3

The first floor features available office space and an atrium main concourse, which accommodates several restaurants and event spaces including: California Rollin II, Abbotts, Bill Gray's and Arbor at the Port.  The Departure and Arrival Halls, situated on the river side of the building, are available to the public for community meetings, weddings, parties, event, etc.

The second floor restaurant space is vacant.

The arrival hall, situated on the river side of the building, is available for public use for community meetings (dependent upon availability).
