Motorist Advisory


(Friday, June 15, 2018) – The Medved 5K to Cure ALS will start at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 17, 2018. Traffic in the Downtown area will be affected. The following streets will be closed or affected by restricted lane access beginning at approximately 8:15 a.m. until approximately 10:30 a.m.:

• Morrie Silver Way from Broad Street to State Street;

• Oak Street from Morrie Silver Way to Smith Street;

• Smith Street from Broad Street to State Street;

• Verona Street from Smith Street to Lyell Avenue;

• Jay Street from Broad Street to State Street;

• Brown Street from Broad Street to State Street;

• Plymouth Avenue northbound at W. Main Street;

• N. Fitzhugh Street closed northbound at W. Main Street to Morrie Silver Way;

• Church Street from State Street to Plymouth Avenue (local traffic only);

• Saratoga Street from Lyell Avenue to Smith Street (local traffic only);

• State Street open except for southbound curb lane (reserved for runners);

• W. Main Street open except for westbound curb lane (reserved for runners).
