News Release
(Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2018) – The November 4 deadline is
approaching for local attorneys interested in being appointed as a judge on
Rochester’s City Court.
Interested candidates should submit a resume, cover
letter and writing sample to the Judicial Screening Committee: c/o Timothy R.
Curtin, Corporation Counsel, 30 Church Street, Room 400, Rochester, NY 14614.
The Judicial Screening Committee will conduct interviews
and forward three names to Mayor Lovely Warren for her consideration.
The newly appointed judge will stand for election in
2019.
