(Monday, Feb. 25, 2019) – The emergency shelter at the
David F. Gantt Center will close at 4 p.m. today.
“I would like to thank my team at the Department of
Recreation and Youth Services and the dedicated volunteers at the Red Cross for
working through the night to make sure any resident affected by the storm had
someplace to go,” Mayor Lovely A. Warren said. “Rochester has always been a
caring, compassionate city and one that I am very proud to call home.”
