Lawley Employee Benefits is the City’s Broker of Record.
Lawley, acting on behalf of the City of Rochester, is overseeing the proposal process and will be the point of contact for all questions.
Do not contact The City of Rochester - its employees and/or staff. Contacting them directly will result in automatic elimination from the bidding process.
