Pulaski Center

Be the hero who saves this beautiful historic building. The Pulaski historic site is the home of a 6,500 square foot masonry building at the busy corner of Hudson Avenue and Norton Street. It is close to the stunning St. Stanislaus Church and the Benjamin Franklin School campus, which was recently renovated as part of the Rochester City School District Modernization Plan. The site is zoned for neighborhood commercial development; it is well located to serve a neighborhood commercial center.

The building, constructed in 1931, is an example of Renaissance Revival Architecture. In 2002 the site was placed on the National Register of Historic Places, enabling future developers to partially fund the costs of rehabilitation work through the federal Investment Tax Credit Program. New York State historic tax credits are also potentially available.

There are approximately seven parking spaces on the site and the potential for shared parking arrangements on adjacent lots.
