The goal of the City's Lead Hazard Control Program is to reduce the incidence of child lead poisoning through the creation of lead-safe housing. The City of Rochester is seeking proposals from EPA certified Risk Assessors (Consultants) to provide lead hazard evaluation services for the City's housing repair programs (Project).
Proposals are to be received no later than October 23, 2019 by 5:00 PM. Submit proposals to:
