What we do:

  • Prepare the City’s annual property tax bill
  • Collect revenues for tax, water, refuse, and other receivables
  • Maintain the City’s cash ledger
  • Invest and safeguard taxpayer dollars
  • Disburse City funds as directed, including payments to City vendors
  • Conduct the annual tax foreclosure sale


What's new:

  • A 10 year history report of tax bill and payment information can now be found on the Property Information Portal. Search for a property, navigate to the Tax tab, and click on the Payment History Report.

      • July 31, 2020      September 30, 2020      January 31, 2021      March 31, 2021
  • The most recent Tax Foreclosure auction was held on November 13th, 2019.  More information about foreclosure auctions can be found here>>
