What we do:

  • Prepare the City’s annual property tax bill
  • Collect revenues for tax, water, refuse, and other receivables
  • Maintain the City’s cash ledger
  • Invest and safeguard taxpayer dollars
  • Disburse City funds as directed, including payments to City vendors
  • Conduct the annual tax foreclosure sale


What's new:

  • Tax Agreement applications can now be submitted online via the City's website.  Using the online application will result in faster processing time.  Email updates will be sent regarding the status of your application.
  • A 10 year history report of tax bill and payment information can now be found on the Property Information Portal. Search for a property, navigate to the Tax tab, and click on the Payment History Report.

  • Property tax installment deadlines for the current year:
      • July 31, 2021      September 30, 2021      January 31, 2022      March 31, 2022
  • The most recent Tax Foreclosure auction was held on November 13th, 2019.  More information about foreclosure auctions can be found here>>
