Motorist Advisory

(Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019) – In anticipation of the memorial service for Officer Manuel “Manny” Ortiz at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center on Friday, Nov. 8 at 11 a.m., nearby downtown streets will close to traffic.

Broad Street Bridge from Exchange Boulevard to South Avenue:
• No parking from midnight through 4 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 8.
• Closed to traffic from 9 a.m. through 4 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 8.

South Avenue from Broad Street to Main Street:
• Closed from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 8.

Those attending the memorial can park for free in the South Avenue Garage.
