RFI - Cemetery Management Software

 About the RFI

The City of Rochester is looking for a Cemetery Management Software Solution that is robust enough to work across multiple locations, integrate and centralize all historic and ongoing cemetery record keeping, as well as integrate, centralize and manage end-to-end customer workflow, scheduling, financial and legal transactions. In addition, the City is interested in a solution that integrates with our current GIS Mapping Solution, and can offer self-serve online research and viewing capabilities to customers, potential customers, family members, researchers, and cemetery staff.

We are issuing this RFI to better understand the range of options available for the type of solution described above, as well as the estimated timeframe for implementing such a solution, and rough cost estimates for set-up, data conversion, implementation, software licensing, and ongoing technical support.
