Online Employee Portal:  Intranet Site Development, Design and Ongoing Site Maintenance RFI

About the RFI

The City of Rochester's current Employee Portal is an intranet site that is outdated and in need of replacement. The existing solution is difficult to work with and poorly designed--both in terms of site architecture and aesthetics. Because of this the site is not being used to its full potential.

We are issuing this RFI to better understand the range of options available for a modern Employee Portal solution, the estimated time frame for implementing such a solution, and rough cost estimates for design, implementation, software licensing, and ongoing support.

Deadlines
Vendor deadline to submit RFI response

Online Viewing Sessions
Two (2) online intranet site viewing sessions will be held prior to the RFI deadline so Vendors may view the current state of the Employee Portal intranet site. Please feel free to attend one of these online sessions prior to completing your RFI response:

Proposal Submission
All completed RFI responses must be submitted via this Online Response Form. Please follow submission instructions outlined in the RFI document.
