RFP – Community Development and Regulation

About the RFP

The City of Rochester has issued this Request for Proposal to acquire a Community Development & Regulation (CDR) software solution to replace the legacy mainframe system currently supporting our permitting, licensing, building inspection, and code enforcement operations within the Department of Neighborhood and Business Development (NBD). We seek a solution that will enhance our existing strengths, modernize our processes, and integrate with a complex web of related applications in order to become more data-driven, efficient, and equitable in our operations.
