Police Accountability Board Continues Search for Executive Director  

 

The Executive Director position for the Police Accountability Board (PAB) has been posted, and applicants may apply through June 10, 2020.  The PAB is an official City body responsible for reviewing allegations of misconduct by uniformed members of the Rochester Police Department. The Executive Director will oversee the Board’s activities, including but not limited to managing and reviewing complaints received by the Board, representing the Board in community and governmental relations, and compiling statistics of the Board’s processes.  

 

The Police Accountability Board will review applications, interview qualified candidates, and recommend a candidate to the Rochester City Council. According to law, the City Council will hold a Confirmation Hearing for the selected candidate.
