RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT APPLICATION (ONLINE FORM)  

Complete the Online Right-of-Way Permit Application below and submit plans, drawings, schedule of work, and in the case of telecommunications facilities or equipment, a completed registration as required by section 106-5 of the Telecommunications Code.  Application must include a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the City of Rochester as additional insured (Document not required if already on file with the City Permit Office).  Upon review and approval of the application, the applicant will receive an email from the Permit Office containing the applicable Permit fee and acceptable methods of payment, prior to issuance of the permit.
