RFP – Bausch & Lomb Library Mechanical Equipment Replacement Project

Description
The City of Rochester is soliciting proposals for the following mechanical and electrical engineering design and construction administration services at the Bausch & Lomb Library, 115 South Avenue, Rochester, NY.
Included in the scope of work is the replacement and/or upgrade of the following HVAC equipment and systems.
- Rooftop make-up air unit replacement
- Various system pump and VFD replacements
- Building automation system upgrades
- Heat pump unit replacements

Pre-Proposal Meeting
A pre-proposal meeting for interested consultants will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday 6th, April, 2021 at Bausch & Lomb Library, 115 South Avenue, Rochester, NY 14604.
RFP Schedule and Delivery Information
