RFP – Blue Cross Arena Building Management System Replacement Project

The City of Rochester is requesting proposals (RFP) for the replacement and expansion of the Building Management System (BMS) at the Blue Cross Arena. The current system controls HVAC system functions only, it is the intent for the new system to be capable of interfacing and controlling additional building operating systems.

The attached RFP contains additional information on the scope of work anticipated as well as administrative requirements for the submission of the RFP.

Pre-Proposal Meeting

A pre-proposal meeting for interested consultants will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 26th, 2021 at Blue Cross Arena, 1 War Memorial Square, Rochester, NY 14614. Additional requirements for attending the walk-thru are contained in the RFP.


RFP Schedule and Delivery Information

Submit five (5) copies and one (1) electronic copy of your proposal by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 14th, 2021 to:
