(Thursday, July 8, 2021)—Today’s ROC the Block employment fair, scheduled for 1 p.m. at Tacoma Park, 185 Glenwood Ave., has been postponed due to inclement weather. A new date and location will be announced in the future.
ROC the Block employment fairs bring employers and residents together in city neighborhoods together in a fun, localized outdoor setting patterned after a city block party. In addition to the traditional opportunities for residents to meet directly with employers and career-advancement organizations, the events feature DJs, refreshments and other activities.
