City Offices to Close Monday, Oct. 11 in Observance of Columbus Day and Indigenous Peoples Day

(Thursday, Oct. 7, 2021) -
Rochester City Hall, R-Centers, Neighborhood Service Centers, the Rochester Public Library and other administrative offices will be closed on Monday, Oct. 11 in observance of Columbus Day and Indigenous Peoples Day.

The 311 Call Center will be open from 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 11.

Refuse and recycling collection will continue as scheduled.

Rochester Animal Services will be open on Mon., Oct. 11 by appointment only for adoption and lost pet recovery from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Call 428-7274 to schedule an appointment.

There will be no COVID-19 vaccine clinics on Monday, Oct. 11. Vaccine clinics will resume operations, 1 – 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 13 at the Carter R-Center, 500 Carter St.,
