(Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2021) - Rochester City Hall, R-Centers, Neighborhood Service Centers, the Rochester Public Library and other administrative offices will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 11 in observance of Veteran’s Day.
The 311 Call Center will be open from 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 11.
Refuse and recycling collection will continue as scheduled.
Rochester Animal Services will be open on Thursday, Nov. 11 by appointment only for adoption and lost pet recovery from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Call 428-7274 to schedule an appointment.
There will be no COVID-19 vaccine clinics on Thursday, Nov. 11. Vaccine clinics will resume operations, 2 – 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 12 at the Lincoln Library Branch, 851 Joseph Ave.
