News Release - ROC Holiday Village to Close Early Tomorrow Due to Inclement Weather Forecast (Ice Skating, Some Scheduled Activities Cancelled)

(Friday, Dec. 10 2021) –
Due to forecasts for high winds Saturday afternoon and evening, the ROC Holiday Village will close early at 3 p.m. on Sat., Dec. 11. The ROC Holiday Village will be open from 11 a.m.–3 p.m., Sat., Dec. 11.

The following activities are cancelled for Sat., Dec. 11:
• Ice skating
• Petting Zoo
• Live music in the lodge
• Curling demonstration
• Flower City Pride band
• Private igloo reservations scheduled between 2:30–11 p.m.

The following activities remain scheduled for Sat., Dec. 11:
• Crafts and activities in the T-Mobile Gingerbread House presented by the YMCA, 11 a.m.–3 p.m.
• ROC Holiday Village Shopping, 11 a.m.–3 p.m.
• The Anthony Butera Team & Triple-O Lodge Pop-up Restaurant & Bar, 11 a.m.–3 p.m.
• Private igloo reservations for 11 a.m. and 12:45 p.m.

As a result of the cancellations, ROC Holiday Village will add an extra day to its regular schedule and open on Tuesday, Dec. 14 from 4 -11 p.m.

Those with igloo reservations and private events scheduled after 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 11, may either reschedule for Tuesday, Dec. 14, receive a refund, or a credit forward in 2022, giving them the first opportunity to reserve an igloo before reservations are open to the public next year.
