Important: Refuse and Recycling Collection to Remain on Schedule for Both Holidays
(Friday, Dec. 17, 2021) - Rochester City Hall, R-Centers, Neighborhood Service Centers, and other administrative offices will be closed on Friday, Dec. 24 and Friday, Dec. 31 in observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
The 311 Call Center will be open from 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 24 and Friday, Dec. 31. 311 will be closed on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
Refuse and recycling collection will take place as regularly scheduled during the weeks of Dec. 20 and Dec. 27.
All City branch libraries will be closed Dec. 23-25 as well as Dec. 31 and Jan. 1.
Rochester Animal Services will be open Friday, Dec. 24 and Friday, Dec. 31 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. for appointments and walk-in services. Rochester Animal Services will be closed Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
The City of Rochester Public Market will be closed on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
